You Know It's Winter When...

...You run to the toilet even though you're not desperate to go.

...You remember your glass of coke hours later but it's okay, it's still ice cold!

...You wear fingerless gloves during class.

...You consume hot drinks like water.

Outfit worn on Tuesday 11th December 2012
- I'm wearing:
multicolour "I Love Africa" necklace from Gambia,
Dorothy Perkins green top,
Accessorize black fingerless capped knit gloves,
French Connection multicolour floral skirt,
Marks and Spencer black tights,
Kurt Geiger red patent bow flats.

Firstly I should apologise for the creased skirt. It wasn't creased in the morning but of course by evening, when this was taken, the day had taken it's toll on my skirt. It was all that sitting on my ass... Hehe... I had only ever paired this skirt with a navy or black top but I felt the urge to go more colourful that morning. I scrutinised the colours in the skirt and this green top of mine popped into my head... They became friends immediately!

My Mum gave me her fingerless gloves (which I'm sure I gifted to her as a present years ago) because I was entertaining the idea of buying some to wear during class. (Unfortunately despite medication for my hypothyroidism, my body still suffers from cold intolerance.) Don't worry my college does have heating! It's just that my hands and feet never seem to fully warm up...

Talking of college, we have broken up for Christmas. However I have about 5 or more assignments due when I get back so it won't be much of a holiday... Bah! Humbug!

Another reason to be depressed: Gossip Girl has officially ended. *Cue crying.*
