Season 3's Style Evolution

Blair: In season three, Blair's style reflects her full transition from school girl to college girl. She still has a preppy flair to her style but she favours sleek and structured shapes for sophistication. Luxe fabrics and gorgeous detailing add fun to her wardrobe.

Serena: For me, Serena exudes the style of a grown up sexy and smart city girl in season three. Form-hugging fabrics, sleek boots and tailored coats are key staples in her closet.

Jenny: Jenny's style is probably the most significant style evolution during Gossip Girl. While season two introduced a dark edge to her style, season three completes her conversion to "the dark side". Her new look reflects her new position of power, taking over Blair's reign over Constance. It is dominantly black, leather laden and her ankle boots always make a statement.

Vanessa: While season two saw Vanessa introducing boho into her look, season three sees Vanessa embracing her full boho potential. She loves her ethnic prints, she's not afraid of colour (she never really was). Her look generally incorporates more comfortable shapes, compared to her upper east side acquaintances.
