Everyday Sequins

I've entered the navabi Curvy Blog Award 2012 competition. If you enjoy my blog then please vote! Just click on the navabi icon on my right side column to vote! (It feels very awkward to plug myself... But you gotta do, what you gotta do...)

My blog is number 263. There are so many amazing entrants so check them out and vote for them too (or instead, that's up to you of course). You can only vote once but you can vote for more than one blog.

If you happen to be in the competition then good luck! I have already voted for two blogs, neither is myself haha... Simply because it feels weird to vote for myself...

Yesterday I was once again inspired by Serena van der Woodsen, I wore sequins during the day to go to college, with irrelevant shoes!

Bambi, Anyone?

Yesterday I took a plunge into the world of denim!

I'm sure I've mentioned before that I only own one pair of jeans. They are black and not, in fact, actual jeans. They are black jeggings.

While they are thick jeggings, I am very weary about wearing short tops with jeggings. I have done but it was experimental and so I tend to cover up with a long cardi...

Leggings are a type of hosiery, are they not?

Therefore I decided to buy some actual jeans... Dark blue ones!

I haven't owned a pair of blue jeans since I was 16 years old!

Today I wore blue jeans for the first time in so many years and I love them!

Here's my first outfit with them:

Chic Celebs: Kim Kardashian

These days, my life seems to revolve around college, procrastinating and lazing on the sofa with my man.

Not only that but I seem to be in a style rut. Each day I pick the easiest outfit and outfit repeat like crazy! I also don't have any income for fashion purchases. Grrr...

No wonder my blog has been experiencing a serious outfit photo drought!

To get me inspired, I like to, now and again, check out other people's style...

Kim Kardashian

I should tell you now, that I have never watched her reality show thus I know nothing about her apparently "annoying" personality.

I have just seen her in magazines and online...
(Ray J in that sex tape - be still my beating hormones...)

I just think that she's ridiculously beautiful and her style definitely inspires me.

Here are just 10 of her latest outfits (starting from the most recent) and suggestions to emulate her style:

The Red Leather Skirt
