Inspired by Halloween

This year, I am not taking part in Halloween :( simply because as a Student, I just couldn't afford Halloween this year!

However, I decided to put my creative Halloween energy to good use.

One thing I hate to do at Halloween is buy a "costume". They normally just look cheap and generic and you rarely use them again!

And so... I've put together outfits using clothes that are out there now. Clothes that can be used again in a non-fictional outfit - yay! :)

Here are my outfit suggestions:

Morticia Addams from The Addams Family
- If you don't have black hair and you don't want to dye your hair then a wig is a must!
Also remember your red lipstick and black eyeliner.

Disney Heroines Go Designer!

I just have to rave about how much I love the preview sketches of Harrods' Christmas windows!

Our favourite Disney heroines and our favourite designers will be joining forces to make some utterly beautiful gowns...

See the full article here.

Here are my top 3 favourites from the 10 sketches:

Tiana from Princess and the Frog in Ralph & Russo
- I just love the simple elegance to it.

My Blazer, My Bag

It occurred to me that I hadn't taken an outfit photo since July thus when I got home earlier this evening, I knew it was time to call my Mum for some snapping ;)

Guest Post: Fall Fashions and You - Bright Colours

Wondering what to wear this fall? The plethora of fall trends can make it hard to pick and choose just one. No matter what you choose, you're sure to look fantastic if you've got confidence. It's the key to that "effortless" look that so many celebrities pull off with aplomb.

Wondering which trend to wear this autumn? Eye-searing bright colours you see every summer are here to stay this fall. Neon colours are back again for fall in a big way, so stash your earth tones and pick up a fun maxi or a chunky sweater in orange.

Bad, Bad Linda

My sincerest apologies for not updating my blog recently!

College has been quite intense for me so I've been concentrating on my studies like a good (geeky) Student.

I have been neglecting my camera too... I must get it fully charged and I will start sharing my outfits (and life) with you ASAP!

Also just FYI - I was contacted by a Stylist, Anya Sarre, and I will be sharing a guest post by her this coming weekend!
