Since I last blogged, I went through a series of interviews for my dream job... And I got it!
I will tell you more about it in due course however for now, I have just been busy getting used to my role and changing my routine from lazy student to 9-5er.
Moving on, it seems despite my absence that I've been nominated for the Navabi Curvy Blog Awards 2013 - a big thank you to whoever nominated me - see my sidebar for the link to vote!
Now onto my outfit...
I wore this outfit back in July. You'll notice Claire's 2 Tone Spikey Flower Hair Clip [exact] in my hair. It's a lovely hair clip however it doesn't last very long. I have had it just 6 months and the clip is already broken - gutted. Luckily, it isn't pricey so they're fine as a short-term investment.
I worked as a part-timer for Karen Millen during Summer and bought this Stud Collar Jersey Top [exact] for uniform. I don't usually wear high necks however I really wanted to buy into the studded collar trend while I could. (It was also one of the few garments that fit my breasts - the brand runs small on the bust.) As I always do with sleeveless garments, I added my trusty Bolero [similar] from Cache Cache.
The Waffle Textured Skater Skirt [similar] and Leggings [exact] are from New Look while the Ballet Flats [coral version] are from H&M. I do love the flats I get from H&M however they also don't seem to last more than 6 months. I already have holes between the sole and fabric in mine. Again I would just recommend these as a short term investment.
I will shut up now and get to replying to all those lovely comments you left me while I was gone... Have a lovely week my fabulous readers!

I'm glad you finally have your dream job and I have seen the last season of GG. Yeah the last episode aired on Monday. I'm sad it's over now but glad I've seen it. ReplyDeleteVery interesting blog. A lot of blogs I see these days don't really provide anything that attract others, but I'm most definitely interested in this one. Just thought that I would post and let you know.
